In the photo, the trio appear to be immersed in conversation as they shoot for their movie. The photo, which was apparently clicked during the winter season, showed a pregnant Kareena smiling as she tucked her hair behind her ears. She was wearing a red outfit and a dark blue jacket. Aamir was seen in a uniform standing in front of Advait, who was wearing a green jacket. The film crew was around them in the picture.
Kareena captioned the post, “Aamir, Advait, Me and Jeh Baba… Thanks for the memories… Rupa and Lal Forever. Laal Singh Chaddha today… @aamirkhanproductions @advaitchandan.” In response to the post, actor Priyanka Chopra dropped a heart-eyed emoji. Fans also dropped red heart emojis. One person wrote: “Can’t wait to see the movie!”
Kareena was pregnant with Jeh while filming Laal Singh Chaddha. He was born on February 21 last year. In May, sharing the film’s trailer on Instagram, Kareena had written: “A pandemic, two lockdowns and a baby later…one of my most special movies…also because my Jeh baba is very much a part of it (in my belly). Thank you Advait and Aamir for having not only me, but both of us in it… it’s something I will cherish forever. On to you, finally…”
Last year, Aamir also spoke about shooting the film while Kareena was pregnant. He had said in a video: “While the rest of the world was dealing with Corona, we were dealing with Corona (Covid-19) and Kareena, who was the heroine of the film, she got pregnant, another complication, So we’re like another gust of wind has pushed us in another direction.”
With the help of Advait Chandan, Atul Kulkarni wrote the film. In addition to Aamir and Kareena, Mona Singh and Naga Chaitanya are also part of the film. The film hits theaters on Thursday. Laal Singh Chaddha is an official Hindi adaptation of the 1994 Academy Award-winning film Forrest Gump, starring Tom Hanks.
