Actor Nimrat Kauro recently lost her luggage while traveling with Delta Air Lines on her recent trip to Mumbai from Detroit. On Friday, she took to her Twitter account and wrote: “@Delta, I have been informed that your operations in India are no longer functional. To address this issue here to draw your attention to this horrific ordeal and to help me resolve this very stressful situation.” Also read. The actor further described her experience with American Airlines, claiming that while one of her luggage was still missing, another appeared to be damaged. She added photos of her broken bag, saying: “Apart from the shock and horror of this ongoing experience, I shudder to think whether this kind of violation is possible with a passenger or a supposedly privileged travel profile and access, which is even possible elsewhere.” Not only am I mentally and physically exhausted by this 90-hour and counting, thoroughly disorienting ordeal, I am at a loss as to how this matter will be resolved and the overall harassment dealt with.”

In response to the actor, Delta tweeted: “Thank you for your patience. Our baggage claim office is currently closed. They are open 7 days a week between 6am and 11:30pm ET. I will turn over our entire conversation to a baggage representative who will be happy to assist you within their opening hours.” Further details in the case are pending.

Nimrat was last seen in dasvic, which also featured Abhishek Bachchan and Yami Gautam. Before that she worked in Hollywood and was featured on the popular American TV show Homeland, where she played the role of an ISI agent. She has yet to announce her next Bollywood project.
