Kartik Aaryan is the latest in the list of Bollywood celebrities who have flown to Europe this summer including Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora, Shilpa Shetty and family, Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa. Kartik shared his solo photo on Instagram, captioning it: “Somewhere in Europe.” He is seen in sweater and jeans, paired with boots, posing on a bridge with a river flowing below.

One fan responded to his post: “A1 since day 1. Another said: “Someone looks handsome.” A fan also called his post ‘Perfect’. One fan also called it: “Breathtaking!” A few fans suspected that Kartik had clicked on the photo in Amsterdam.

Kartik had announced his arrival in Europe on Tuesday with a group photo from the airport. They can all be seen with their backs to the camera in the photo with the caption “Euro Trip Begins”. He shared the same photo on his Instagram Stories and wrote: ‘Vacation mode’. Several reports suggest that he went there with his team to celebrate the success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 has collected 230.75 crore worldwide since its release on May 20, the direction of Anees Bazmee received positive response from critics and audiences for its entertaining storyline and performances by Tabu, Rajpal Yadav, Kiara Advanic and Kartik.

Speaking about the success, Kartik said at an event: “It feels really good. I didn’t know we could revive the industry. We hoped the film would do well. 100 crores. We never thought it would cross 200 crore mark. It’s beyond our expectations.”

He added: “We were convinced that the family audience will enjoy it because it is an entertaining film. What surprised me was the reaction of children, such as three-year-olds singing ‘Hare Ram…’. It all feels unreal. We never thought it would penetrate so much.”
